Acceptable use policy
Version 2026-10-08. Rebasely is in beta: data may be purged.
Use Rebasely to host and build software. Do not use it to:
- break the law, or host content that is illegal where you or Rebasely operate;
- host or distribute malware, phishing pages or stolen credentials;
- mine cryptocurrency, in Rebasely Actions or anywhere else on Rebasely, or run workloads unrelated to building, testing and deploying software in Rebasely Actions;
- attack, scan or overload other systems, or Rebasely itself, including by working around rate limits, quotas or sandbox restrictions;
- infringe copyright or other intellectual property rights;
- send spam, or harass, threaten or impersonate others;
- share another person's private information without their consent.
Cryptocurrency mining
Mining is not allowed, whatever the coin and however it is disguised. Rebasely Actions watches for it and suspends Actions for an organization as soon as a run looks like mining; the owners are emailed and can appeal through abuse@rebasely.com.
Child sexual abuse material
Child sexual abuse material is never allowed. When Rebasely learns of it, it disables access at once, preserves the material and the account information the law requires, reports it to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children's CyberTipline as 18 U.S.C. 2258A requires, and terminates the accounts involved. If you find it, report the link to abuse@rebasely.com; do not send copies or screenshots of the material.
Copyright and repeat infringers
Copyright complaints follow the DMCA policy. An account is a repeat infringer when Rebasely has removed or disabled its content in response to 3 or more valid copyright notices within 12 months, not counting notices that a counter-notice answered and that were not followed by a lawsuit. Rebasely terminates the accounts of repeat infringers, and may terminate an account sooner for clear, deliberate infringement.
Enforcement
Rebasely may disable repositories or runs, make repositories private, revoke tokens and keys, and suspend or remove accounts that break this policy.
Reporting abuse
Email abuse@rebasely.com with the repository or account, what you saw and when. Every public repository page has a "Report abuse" link that fills in its address. Rebasely reads every report; you may not hear back about the outcome.
